I do have an option for you, but a lift kit would not correct your trailer sitting lower on one side due to the weight balance favoring that side.

Typically the leaf spring bolt hole to bolt hole dimension will be a bit longer than the distance between the suspension hangers. This accomodates for the shackle that attaches the spring to the hanger which angles out and away.

I would recommend you have your trailer and boat weighed so that you know whether or not you are overloading the trailer/leaf springs. You should note that going to a heavier spring won't necessarily give your trailer a higher weight rating, just a higher spring rating.

Yes, if your leaf springs are currently mounted to the bottom of your axles, moving the springs to the top of your axle will lift the trailer's suspension. Switching the spring location will raise your trailer suspension by the width of your axle plus the thickness of your springs. Your best option would be to go with the 5,300 lb leaf springs as ideally you match the capacity exactly but if you can't then you'd go for next capacity higher. If a higher rated leaf spring will physically fit on your trailer you could use it but the trailer will still be rated for the same amount of weight and it will make the suspension very stiff.
For a 2,000 pound axle we have spring # e84SR. But this spring is 5 inches shorter than # e54SR. To measure a spring there should be no weight on it.
